Lately, I have found myself browsing online at jewelry shops. I think my fascination with silver jewelries has been rejuvenated when a friend showed me his latest silver necklace purchase from a popular jeweler. Ever since, I’ve always been a silver or white gold jewelry wearer. Very seldom that I buy or even wear gold pieces for the reason that I find silver more attractive. In the world of precious metals investment, I just don’t know if the trend is likewise…if people has greater interest or if they do buy silver bullion more than gold. I’ve heard that gold is still holding up even if the dollar’s declining. Actually, both proves to be valuable and appreciates over time but I wonder where lies the difference and who’s got the tiny edge over the another.

Whenever I’m inside of any establishment, whether it be in a high rise building or just a low one, I always see to it that I’m aware where the exit signs are located. If possible, I’m just always near them especially if it’s one crowded place like the cinema house. Basically, it’s for safety and precautionary purposes because no one exactly knows when a fortuitous event strikes like fire, earthquake, or any other situation that needs immediate evacuation of the place. We often just ignore these signs under normal circumstance but we should NOT take this ever for granted. More than these signs, we must also be abreast about the things to do and observe when such unfortunate events arise. First, there’s absolutely no room for panic. Be alert. Follow instructions. Offices and schools usually hold fire drills. It is in these drills where we can learn a lot of safety procedures to observe.

The other day I received a call from a loan servicing agent and she was offering, actually, more of convincing me to get a fast cash payday loan from them. She’s a great telemarketer, she talks well and her sales skill is truly remarkable but I just hope that she could also learn how to listen and not just yak and yak.
