Tuxedos Galore

As I’ve shared just recently, my brother will be graduating from college on the 25th. Being the supportive elder sister that I am, I volunteered to scour on the web for tuxedos inspirations that he can get ideas from. Fashion is his least interest actually so he’s totally clueless about the latest trends, dashing styles and even where to buy the fairly priced ones. So for a start, here’s what I’ll be showing him later.

Shopping List.

Sometimes, I can’t just trust my memory anymore that’s why I have to make a list of everything that I need to do and in this case, the things that we need to buy this week.

1. Johnson’s Milk Bath refill for the little one
2. Batteries to replace the discharged ones on the RCs and the bedroom’s clock
3. Huggies Pull Up Pants..the little one’s supply running low
4. Light bulb for the service area. The current one’s about to get busted
5. A spirometer
6. My vitamins..there’s just about 5 capsules left

That’s it, so far. Let’s see if there will be some additions as day passes by.

Home Stuffs Virtual Shopping

Current priorities in life can really influence your behavior and preferences. In our case, our pursuit to having our Little Mansion has made me to browse online furniture shops and home ideas blogs more than shopping and fashion sites nowadays. If only you can see how my browser’s bookmark tab is brimmed with such links, you’ll see how I’m so excited and so into dolling up our future home. Even the husband shares the same online behavior now. Instead of browsing and going crazy over new DSLRs, lenses and camera accessories that have just been released, you will see him frequenting online appliance stores as he compile quotes and ongoing promo rates of appliances and home stuffs that we’ll be needing. Right now he’s focused on canvassing for LCD TVs, Home Entertainment System and TV Stand.

On the other hand, I’m frequenting Spacify.com for furniture virtual shopping. At the moment, one browser tab is opened (since this morning) for my own viewing pleasure of Bean Bag Chairs. We’re certified flick lovers so having a couple and even a kiddie size for the little one just like the pictures below would be perfect for our mini entertainment room.

And I’m also eyeing to have one of these Leather Sectional Sofas. I’m just quite adamant though of having huge and wide sofa sets because our living room’s space is not that big and we also have to consider other furniture to place.

By the way, excitement’s building up because we’re due to start buying home stuffs by the month end. Woot!

Congrats, Bro!

Somebody’s extremely happy because he has seen already his college grades all satisfactory and that he has passed all his subjects. My biggest congratulations to my brother who’s finally receiving his diploma on the 25th. Our parents have already sent out graduation announcements for the blowout party he’ll be having right after his graduation. They couldn’t be happier and proud of their son’s achievement..and of course, their achievement, too, because they painstakingly worked hard just to send him (and us, the three elder siblings) to the best schools. Kudos to my parents and of course, to our youngest sibling.

Strike a Prenups Pose Behind a Bulk Material Handling Device

In weddings nowadays, prenups or engagement pictorials are seemingly part of every preparations. During our time, it was not really a requirement but more of just an option where the couple (and photographer) can practice posing and smiling for the camera. It’s also a good opportunity for the couple and the photographer to warm up so they both would be relaxed and at ease come wedding day.

Have you noticed how prenups have also gone unique nowadays? Unique in a sense that it’s shot in the weirdest and unusual places like in a cemetery, a construction site, in a bus terminal or even in a junk shop. But nonetheless, posing inside a Bulk Material Handling or beside a crane may be bizarre but do notice how the best wedding photographers turn a an odd scene to an artistic and creative one. So if you’re having your prenups soon, so long as your photographer is one of the best ever in the industry, trust his craft and you’ll come up with just the loveliest prenup pictures.

Stylish Eyeglasses.

An eyewear, may it be a sunglass or a prescription eyeglass, is also part of a wardrobe. Keeping it trendy and fashionable makes one’s wardrobe stand out even more. Do note though that trendy eyewears do not necessarily equate to expensive tag prices. The #1 online Rx glasses store offer stylish yet cheap eyeglasses. In fact, I haven’t seen eyeglasses else where as cheap as theirs. Eric’s Review of Zenni Optical simply mirrors the sentiments and testaments of many satisfied customers of the shop. If seamless trifocals spectacles are what you need, their Lowest Price Progressive Glasses gallery is worth checking out.

Here a few of the trendy eyeglasses that they offer and just perfect for the stylish “nerd”.

On Branding.

I’ve had enough learnings about business marketing when I was in College. Our subjects, especially during the two majoring years of our Business Administration course, gave us enough information about a product’s branding, packaging and marketing and how the overall business standing is dependent on it. As my professor emphasized, a Package Design, the logos and trademarks can either break or make your identity. Just take a look at the world’s biggest brands for example. Logos of Coca Cola, Mcdonalds, Nike, Microsoft are among the very popular brands around the world. Just one look on these, you know what their logos represent and what their products and services are all about. They have established over the years their identity and although these representations underwent and continuously change as time goes by, their name and reputation have left a mark tremendously that people will continue to remember.

When doing a Graphic Design for a particular product’s logo or trademark, it need not be overly artistic and complicated. Just a simple yet striking one will do. This is exactly the expertise of Impact XS Design, a Graphic Design and Web design studio that specializes in creating branding related stuffs like logos, packaging, Brochure Design and a lot more.

Moving Tips, Please.

I’ve just posted on my Flickr Gallery the recent pictures of our Little Mansion and we, including my friends, are so happy with the progress. The roofing’s done and according to the foreman, they’re almost on the last part of the construction and the house will be finished in no time. My online friends expressed their excitement that they even shared feng shui tips and moving practices like which stuffs to bring inside the house first, the ideal moving date and the right time of the day to do the move.

moversSuch moving topics are prompting me to start reading about Moving Services and begin canvassing rates of the local Moving Companies that we have here. Honestly I do not have the slightest idea as this is the first time we’re doing a big move. We’ve surely transferred stuffs to and from our both set of parents’ houses but it never required any help from Movers because they’re basically all small and basic stuffs. So wish me luck that I can find reasonable Moving Quotes and if you’ve got other moving tips, too, please feel free to share.

Nails’ Fashion

When I had my haircut and hair treatment last Thursday, I decided to have my toe nails done, too. It’s very rare that I visit the salon so I might as well avail pampering services that I seldom let myself enjoy. I wished to have a foot spa prior to pedicuring but I was pressed for time already so I just had my toe nails cleaned and painted. No manicure…I’m not good at maintaining them.

So while waiting, I just entertained myself looking at the nail arts they have on their folio. It was kinda surprising that they have all those unique looking fingernails on their gallery. According to the attendant, there are those who really are game into having those. I saw a coral-looking fingers, a cigarette case because of the la gloria cubana that are glued, and the most unique, Cyclops’ hands with blades. I wouldn’t be surprised if I saw Edward Scissorhands’ style there.

Anyway, there are also nail arts that are simply fantastic. Here are some pictures I’ve snagged from Oddee.com:

Possible New Career

Remember my post about planning to have a change of hairstyle in time for my birthday? Well, I did three days ago and now I’m sporting the style that I wondered and doubted if it’d look good on me. I momentarily bid farewell to my ponytail bands because a layered, semi-bobcat style doesn’t need them. Before having my haircut done and subjected it for treatment, I asked for inputs from the hairdresser and I was just glad that we have the same thoughts. Truly, I felt better about my looks after. Now this gives me a wonder if I have a career in hairdressing because I can somehow determine (or should I say, guess) which style would look good on one. Is this my cue to start looking for an accredited cosmetology school and develop greater passion with makeups and hair blowers? I’m going to browse www.beautyjobs.com first then determine lately if my heart’s saying something.
