Overcoming Closet Problems

Our closets are meant to give us an organized and orderly life. However, this isn’t the case some times because we encounter closet problems that cost us time and money. Here are some ways on how to overcome in organizing our closets:

1.) Ensure safety by checking out flimsy or hanging loose bars. Bolts and screws should be attached firmly. The bars and shelves must also be checked for its strength and load capacity.

2.) Keep molds and bugs at bay by utilizing cedar hangers, cedar closet liners, or other cedar closet accessories. Molds and bugs are dangerous to our health because they are carriers of various diseases. Rats often inhabit in closets where they wreak havoc to clothing and other stuff. Calling and seeking the help of Houston Pest Control for regular check up and maintenance can prevent these nasty rodents from infesting the closet and the home.

3.) Invest and use the right type of hangers for your cloth hanging needs. By choosing the right hangers, you not only protect your wardrobe but it also makes your closet easier to manage.

Market!, Marquee and Greenbelt. These malls are among the largest in the country so to keep you updated of the sales and for you to easily locate the shops, this app is a must-download. It gives you a complete listing of stores in all Ayala Malls, indexed by location, name, or search. What’s even cooler is that it through GPS, it can track your location while walking around the mall. So hunting for the store you wish to go to or spotting your car in the parking lot is now easier to locate. Don’t you find such apps and technology amazing? I won’t be surprised if there will be an iPhone app for InetSoft’s dashboard scorecard and doing metrics for those tracking business performance.

Manic Shopping

The shopaholic in me struck again yesterday. While online shopping is convenient and overall beneficial, its convenience may also become a disadvantage for those who are easily lured and lack self-control. Admittedly, I was like that yesterday. I paid for my 1 month supply of Mommy Treats lactation cookies, got my daughter a new pair of baby shoes, bought a nursing bra, paid for 5 hair pieces for Ashley and got Asher a character towel and sandos. All those were bought and paid online. So what’s left of me, a credit-less paypal. It’s only now that I feel the tremors of my manic shopping but it’s okay, they are for my kids anyway and upon checking the delivery truck tracking number, my packages will be here any minute.

Wedding Hair and Make Up Artist

According to a friend who’s in the event coordination industry, December and January are the popular wedding months in the country. I can personally attest to this because being a December bride myself, getting the best wedding suppliers was a competition with fellow couples getting married in the same month. I had a hard time booking a hair and make up artist because all my choices were no longer available on my wedding date. It was really a challenge since I can’t just hire anybody who’s just so-so. It’s my wedding day so I had to be the fairest. If possible, I’d wanted somebody who studied in a cosmetology school and has a promising portfolio. Glad, at the last minute, I found THE one who made me one dashing bride on our big day.

Birthday Wish List

My birthday is just a few weeks away. The husband realized this last night so he asked me what I want to receive this year. My mind was blank (since I’m already sleepy) and I couldn’t provide a list pronto so I told him to give me a day to think it over. Here’s what I’ve thought of so far:

1. More nursing tops and dresses

2. My favorite apps and mp3s for my iPhone. (Oh how I miss the tons of mp3s stored in my old 8g ipod nano).

3. Power Juicer

Hmm…that’s all I could think at the moment. I think I need to browse my favorite shops online today to give me more gift ideas.
