Defective Cell Phone

Anyone knows when the next Gadget Fair is?  I’m thinking of buying a new phone for the husband as his old 3 year old mobile phone has been seemingly asking for a replacement already.  It’s just weird that it constantly goes off when it stays in his pocket.  But if it’s placed somewhere else that is not confined, it works fine.  I don’t think it has to do or it needs a cell booster because the signal works also okay.  Perhaps, it could be the battery as it might already be loose or something.  Well, let’s see.  Cell phones are now a necessity so it’s imperative that it’s 100% powered on all the time.
