While we may still be experiencing cold nights these past few days, we can not disregard the fact that summer is just around the corner especially that the month of February is about to commence. Even in the northern hemisphere, I think they’re battling the last wave of winter cold already and soon, the cheerful season of spring will greet them in a month’s time or so. The climate pattern may have been acting strange and weird in the past months but in a tropical country such as ours, talking about summer just as January is ending is never too early. In fact, I won’t be surprised if malls will soon start to display swimming apparels, picnic stuffs, market umbrellas and popular summer destinations cooking up alluring and irresistible deals.
Summer. Save for the extreme and unforgiving hot afternoons, I just love the mood of summer. Refreshing beaches, huge patio umbrellas hovering over backyard pools, refreshing icy fruit shakes..these are just some of the perfect summer picturesque that everyone has in mind and long to have. For some, this is the long awaited time when they put on their sexiest bikinis and swimwear to show off the slimmer body they have worked on over the year.

Apart from the “swimming” season, I’m more excited about this coming summer because by then, we might be finally moving in to our new home. So beach trip schedules will have to be less prioritized or perhaps, we can have that on a later date. So our summer season will probably see us settling in, adjusting and adapting to a whole new environment. Since I don’t know how hot and humid it can get inside our little mansion, I think it’s a wise idea to have the cooling devices installed early on. This also reminds me to source insights from the developer if the balcony’s shade is enough to shield the sunlight or if these half umbrellas I saw from Outdora will do. It’s also quite interesting to read on their site that these type of umbrellas do not only protect the interior furniture from the strong rays of the sun but it also has a room cooling capacity.

It seems that these colorful patio umbrellas from Outdora’s setting my summer mood already. Great!
