A friend is finally back home after taking a two month long vacation in the US. She spent New York Holidays with her folks and relatives and she said, it was one memorable experience she’d forever cherish. Well, for one, it’s her first time to visit the US and two, it’s been years since she has last seen her parents. Further, this was the first time that her 2 year old daughter met the grannies so just imagine how well they were entertained and pampered.
Just by looking at the pictures on her Facebook, I could say that the Holidays New York they had was one grand vacation. From their pictures at the airport’s arrival lounge up to the shopping malls, to the finest gourmet dining restaurants, to the best NY tourists spots, her family’s delight was simply immeasurable and beyond words. She has so much stories about how great and fascinating Holidays to New York tourists are. I can sense her excitement as we chat because she was typing non-stop as she continuously blab the activities they did and all the places they went to from Day 1 up to the moment the airplane departed. She has learned so much about New York that she even gave me tips where to stay, where to shop, where to eat…as if I’ll be going soon.
Here’s hoping that next time, it’ll be my turn to tell stories of our US vacation.
