After a couple of years of being a Mom and a homemaker, a delicate pregnancy, having a hectic online works and all, I almost forgot how a movie house looks like. When my husband and I were still dating during our college years, we were regular cinema visitors. After dining in our fave fastfood KFC, we often head to Robinson’s Malate and watch every other day whatever movie is shown…from comedy films like Big Momma’s House, to romantic ones like Down To You to action films like Mission Impossible and even cartoons like Dinosaurs. I’ve compiled a list of the movies we watched and I can’t believe how movie buffs and popcorn lovers we have been then. When I became a corporate slave and he got busy with his licensure exams review, our movie watching fascination suddenly halted. We got so busy that even weekends we rarely had time catching up movies. We got married then came my pregnancy. I had a difficult and sensitive one so I was banned from malling and excessive going out. Then soon, my son was born. Being first time parents, our time was 90% devoted on him. Separation anxiety kicked in..thanks to my surging hormones and the mysterious bond brought about by direct breastfeeding. We were truly inseparable. In fact, it was just only this last quarter of the month (he’s now 21 months old by the way) that husband and I were able to go out alone..meaning, sans the son. I have little by little overcome the feeling of separation anxiety.
But despite these instances, who says that hubby and I were not updated with the latest movies in cinemas? Thank you again to the wonders of the world wide web because we can actually Watch Films Online. A friend forwarded a link where we can watch free online movies without downloading so that’s where we usually watched movies at night when the little one is asleep. A very good breather from a very busy day actually. They say the best things in life are free and truly, Free Online Movies are one of the best.
As I was saying, now that I can now stand leaving the little one behind without feeling much guilt, I finally got the chance to watch a movie inside the cinema house with my best twitter buddies last month. Of course, I can not simply pass the first day showing of Twilight: New Moon the movie without watching it in the wide screen. I got swooned completely over Edwards charming and icy looks and of course, Jacob’s ultra sexy body. I didn’t get enough. That’s why I still watched it online. Hehe!
