And so it’s not really the The End yet.
I’ve mentioned last week that my laptop died on me when it displayed the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. It didn’t want to proceed with the rebooting. Prior to that, the husband discovered that the BIOS didn’t register the right memory specs so his assuming that the second piece is defective already. We went later that afternoon to Gilmore and bought a computer memory upgrade of 1 GB. Miraculously, the laptop booted when the saleslady turned it on. So is this some kind of resurrection? I’m convinced though that the real “End” may happen anytime now as this has been dramatically slooowwww and conking out these past few months.
I can hear Santa’s Ho! Ho! Ho! and for me, it only means one thing…could it be a new laptop? Let’s just wait and see.
