Here in our country, June is not really the month when most weddings are celebrated..it’s actually December. Being a December bride myself, I understand that most couples want to get wed in this month because simply, it’s the most festive month of the year. A lot of relatives are coming home for vacation from abroad, Christmas bonuses are in and everyone’s just in the jolly mood.
December of last year, we attended three weddings and it seems we’re attending the same number again towards the end of the year starting on the 28th of November. One of the things I love about weddings and I look forward to, aside from the food, are the wedding tokens. Couples get innovative as wedding giveaways become more unique each year. We rarely see weddings now who gives away ceramic displays that just get dusted in the closets and sometimes just thrown away. I got to chat with one of my friends who’s getting next month and she said that their giveaways will be miniature Gerbera flower plants in Copper Tin with Handle that will function as a table decoration as well. Take a look at the image on the left. It’s truly stylish and one of a kind. Guests will surely love them and it’s something that they won’t just easily disregard. And oh, Mother Nature will equally be delighted as well.
