08.03.09 Pres. Cory's Residence at Times St.
Not only her family but the whole nation mourned for Pres. Cory Aquino’s death. Her feat, being able to redeem democracy for the country from the dark decades of martial law, is truly commendable. We owe the freedom we’re enjoying now to her. That’s why from the time people learned of her colon cancer, the whole country started praying for her since then. I guess it also hits us that the big C can really come to anybody. In some way, most people might have perused colon cleanser reviews as their senses are awakened by this traitor ailment.
These pictures were taken a couple of days after the demise of the late great President Cory Aquino. That day, we passed by their residence in Times St. and it’s just heart-warming to see the crowd offering yellow flowers and candles at their gate, signifying their sincerest sympathies to the Aquino family.
