I just browsed my Facebook and it seems everyone’s so excited for the weekend. But for mothers and housewives out there, I’m sure they so agree with this quote:

No doubt, being a Mom, or more so, a Work-at-home Mom is one of the toughest jobs. We are coined as Super Moms because we “work” 24/7. Fulfilling as it is, the stress that motherhood puts up can be demotivating and draining. We are no robots who do not get tired and exhausted. Once in a while, we need our “me” time to unwind and release our steam.
Most moms engage in de-stressing activities like shopping, TV or movie watching, do yoga and meditation and for some, play competitive sports. I know of some who troops with their husband to combat play areas and play airsoft guns. Not only it is a good mental and tactical sport but it’s an enjoying play activity with friends, too.
